Ejection & Ban Policy Staff members have the right to eject any member from the facility at any time for any reason. Guests must wait 24 hours after being ejected to attempt to return to this facility. Guests ejected for a second time within one year will be permanently banned from this facility. Underage Policy All guests must be 18 years of age or older to enter the facility. Any individual that is found under the age of 18 years old will be immediately ejected from this facility. Harassment Policy We have a zero tolerance for harassment. Any guest that harasses other guests or employees either physically or verbally will be ejected from the facility. Drugs & Weapons Policy Drugs and weapons are strictly forbidden in the facility. Any guest that brings these items into the facility will be ejected. If such items are illegal to possess, local law enforcement will be notified. Smoking Policy The facility is completely nonsmoking. This includes all cigarettes and vape smoking. Any person who smokes or vapes within the facility will be ejected. There is a designated smoking patio for your convenience. Camera Policy For the privacy of our guests, cameras and camera phones are not to be used while in the facility. Any person who takes video or pictures of the facility or guests will be ejected. Check-In/Out Policy At check-in, guests must present a valid state license or passport. This document will be held by club personnel until check-out. Guests will receive a RFID wristband as their locker or room key. At check-out, guests will receive their state license or passport in exchange for their RFID wristband. Late Check-Out Policy All guests are responsible for their own check-out time. There is a late check-out fee of $1 per every five minutes past the agreed check-out time. Guests are responsible for paying late check-out fees before their next visit. Food & Drink Policy There is no outside food or drink allowed into the facility. Guests must consume or throw away any food or drink before entering the facility. Once inside, food and drinks will be available for purchase. Bag Policy Guests may bring a small bag for extra clothing or toiletries needed. All bags are subject to search. Any item found that is forbidden such as outside food or drink, drugs, alcohol, or weapons will be confiscated. If such items are illegal to possess, local law enforcement will be notified. Refund Policy Refunds will not be given under any circumstance. This includes but is not limited to overall guest experience issues, broken equipment, facility outages, low guest attendance, and ejection or banishment from the facility. Damages Policy Guests are responsible for any damages to the facility during their stay. Damage fees of up to $500.00 can be charged to any guest that causes damage to the facility. Guests are responsible for paying damage fees before their next visit.
