Ejection & Ban Policy Employees have the right to eject any member from the club for not behaving themselves according to our behavoir policies. Furthermore, employees have the right to refuse entry to any individual at check-in for any reason. Members must wait 24 hours after being ejected to attempt to return to the club. Members ejected on multiple occasions can be permanently banned from the club. There are no refunds to members that are ejected or banned. Behavior Policies The following club policies are in place to maintain order and ensure all members have an enjoyable time during their visit. Any member that does not follow these policies are subject to ejection or permanently being banned. If such behavior is illegal, authorities will be notified. MEMBERS MUST: be 18 years of age or older. be male and present themselves as male. maintain discretion for the privacy of others. obtain consent before sexually pursuing others. MEMBERS CANNOT: use, possess, or sell alcohol, weapons or drugs. solicit themselves or other products, services, or organizations. be violent or disrespectful to other members or employees. use video, picture or sound recording devices in the club. smoke or vape in non-designated smoking areas. bring outside food and drinks into the club. sleep in the public areas of the club. Bag Policy Members can only bring one small bag with 5 items or less into the facility. Keys, wallets, phones, phone chargers, toiletry items, cigarettes, lighters, vapes, prescribed inhalers, insulin, or other clearly marked medications are permitted. For the safety of everyone, bags will be searched at check-in for any illegal drugs, alcohol, weapons or any other contraband. If prohibited items are found or if items are considered suspicious in nature, employees will not allow the individual to enter. Bunk Mate Policy Members are allowed to bunk with another member that has rented a room or a suite. However, the bunk mate must still rent a locker and have a valid membership to enter the club. No additional room keys are available for bunk mates. Both members must be present at check-in. Any locker rental for more than 8 hours require a bunk mate with a room or suite. Incidental Fee & Cleanup Fee Policy Members are responsible for any biohazards they create, physical damages they cause, and for club property that goes missing during their stay. An incidental fee of up to $250.00 can be charged back to any member causing damages or missing property. A cleanup fee of up to $250.00 can be charged back to any member causing a biohazard which results in an excessive cleanup effort. The maximum of possible fees charged to a member is $500.00 per visit. Members are responsible for paying all incidental and cleanup fees before their next visit. No Refund Policy No refunds of any kind will be given under any circumstance. This includes, but not limited to: guest experience issues, broken equipment, outages, low attendance, and ejection or banishment from the club.
