Mission Statement

Our mission is to simply provide the ultimate bathhouse experience in a facility that delivers a clean, safe and respectful environment. We primarily serve gay and bisexual men that wish to socialize, relax and play while prioritizing physical and mental well-being.
 

We are currently seeking investors to help build this club. A $500,000 investment for 20% of club profits for 10 years from the time we open. It is estimated that these investment terms will at least double the initial investment within 10 years. Other perks of investment include free lifetime membership, 10 epic suite rentals, 100 deluxe room rentals, 250 standard room rentals, and 500 locker rentals (value of ~$50,000).
